All services are customized based on individual business requirements and communicated via direct correspondence (email, phone, or business platforms), not through automated online purchases.
AVILOM LIMITED does not generate leads internally. We source leads from verified and trusted business partners. Leads are filtered and categorized for relevance and quality before resale. We act as a reseller only; therefore, original timestamps or campaign data may not always be available.
All service and lead purchases are finalized through direct communication. Each order is governed by a separate custom agreement specifying scope, pricing, deliverables, and timelines. Clients must confirm and accept these terms in writing (including electronic confirmation).
Due to the custom nature of our digital services and lead provision:
Refunds will only be issued in cases where the agreed deliverables were not met and no resolution was possible. Partial refunds may apply depending on the percentage of services rendered.
Lead purchases are generally non-refundable once data has been delivered, unless leads are proven to be invalid or not aligned with agreed-upon criteria.
Disputes must be raised within 7 calendar days of service or lead delivery. All disputes should be submitted in writing to our support team at contact@avilomlimited.com.
We aim to resolve disputes within 14 business days from the date of acknowledgment.
All content, materials, graphics, code, and trademarks used or delivered by AVILOM LIMITED are the intellectual property of AVILOM LIMITED or its licensors. Clients receive a limited, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use these deliverables for their intended business purposes only.
You may not:

Use our services for unlawful, misleading, or unethical activities
Attempt to reverse-engineer any proprietary tools or platforms
Resell or license leads or deliverables without written authorization

Violations will result in immediate termination of service.

Delays caused by third-party providers

Liability is capped at the amount paid for the specific service in question.
